You must be at least 18 years old to use the Buy Best 4 Less platform. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

All bids placed on the platform are final and legally binding. By placing a bid, you agree to purchase the item at your bid price if you are the winning bidder.

Payment must be completed within 24 hours of winning an auction. Failure to complete payment within this timeframe may result in suspension or permanent ban from the platform.

In the event of identical bids on the same item, the earliest bid takes priority. The bidder who placed their bid first will be declared the winner.

The system may auto-increment bids in certain situations to resolve ties fairly.

The following fees apply to all auction purchases:

Pickup is by appointment only. After winning and paying for your items, you must schedule a pickup appointment through the platform.

Fees apply for late, missed, or delayed pickups. Items not picked up within the designated timeframe may be subject to storage fees or forfeiture.

When arriving for pickup, please bring your confirmation email and a valid government-issued ID.

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in the item listing. Eligible returns must be requested within 48 hours of pickup.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when picked up, and you must provide your order number and proof of purchase. Returns are subject to inspection before approval.

Items are sold as described in the listing. Buy Best 4 Less makes no guarantees on manufacturer warranties unless explicitly stated in the item description.

We encourage all bidders to carefully review item photos, descriptions, and condition ratings before placing bids.

Buy Best 4 Less shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific item in question.

Buy Best 4 Less reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, non-payment, fraudulent activity, or any behavior deemed detrimental to the platform or its users.

Suspended accounts may lose access to active bids, invoices, and scheduled pickups. Reinstatement is at the sole discretion of Buy Best 4 Less.

Buy Best 4 Less reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform.

Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
